Now that Feli has been with us for some time, the idea matured that it might make sense not to leave her alone with us. On the one hand there was the thought that she needed a "playmate", but on the other hand there was the fear that because of her age she wouldn't be any more and we wouldn't want a replacement, but a cat that was already integrated.

And so Sammy came to us. The girls had heard among their acquaintances that someone had kittens to give away, so they jumped at the chance.
