A few days after the maiden voyage of the "Dreamliner", today it was time to conquer the big river. The riddle for the entry coordinates was quickly solved, the troop of river conquerors arrived one by one, the boat was quickly inflated and off they went.
First the right entry point had to be found, then the boat was boarded by the sailors.
Captain HyppoderEinzige gave commands and so the boat could be steered in a straight line to the first destination, where the corresponding clue for the final coordinates was determined in the second attempt.
Contrary to the comment in previous logs, there was no difficulty in picking up the clue points with the mobile phone.
So it went from bridge pier to bridge pier until finally all the clues were found so that the boat crew could steer their boat towards the big river.
With quick paddle strokes, the river could be crossed. On the other bank, a few more metres had to be covered to finally reach the final coordinates.
Here, unfortunately, the team had to realise that the final was no longer complete. The lid of the container was missing and a logbook could no longer be found. Fortunately, we had a replacement with us at short notice, and since it was clear by now that a second team would also be making the journey in the late afternoon, we were able to give them the order to bring the missing lid and a new logbook.
Quickly logged, put the cache container back and then we were off on the return journey. With quick strokes of the paddle, we reached our entry point after a short time, lifted the boat out of the water and, after everything was packed again, made our way home.
We all enjoyed this experience very much, so that the owner of the cache could be happy about plenty of favourite points. The second team was also able to reach the destination late in the afternoon.
