Well, that's a rather strange name, but it has its own history.

At the beginning of our caching history, there were often four of us out and about: me, Silvia and our offspring Lena and Kira. On our tours, we were always accompanied by friends and acquaintances, some of them also geocachers, some just "muggles" - unsuspecting normal people who had no idea about geocaching.

And because it was never certain whether someone and who would accompany us, we became "Team 4plusX", that is, the four of us and someone!

Over the years - i.e. since 2012 - the girls gradually lost interest in geocaching, school, handball and friends became more important, the team name remained, sometimes even as 1/2 "Team 4plusX" on the road.

Nevertheless, we can still rely on them for especially tricky caches that require athleticism, agility, etc.
